Richard J. Romanello

President and CEO

Assured Travel was founded in 2006 by Mr. Romanello. Using the international connections he’d made while marketing resort properties, Mr. Romanello negotiated contracts at the most sought-after vacation destinations in the world. Packaged as travel incentives and marketed to businesses, these offerings proved to be just the incentive solution the corporate world was demanding. Mr. Romanello’s background has been focused primarily within sales, marketing and product development.  From the corporate headquarters in Carlsbad, California, Rich leads a talented team of management professionals with more than 100 years of collective experience in the incentive travel industry.

Anne White

Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer

Anne White pursued her degree at DePaul University in Chicago, IL, She obtained her B.S. in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. She accomplished this while employed with General Parking, as the Controller/Systems Manager.   She relocated to San Diego and joined ConAm Management Corporation, a nationwide property management company as Operations Controller. During her tenure at Con Am, she took the company through a major computer conversion, and re-vamped reporting and operations control systems. She left ConAm to join Ace Parking as Chief Financial Officer, where she again took the company through a major computer conversion, working with outside consultants to create state of the art audit and operations tracking software.   Anne joined Assured Travel with extensive experience in finance, customer service, operations management, and system development.

Randy Fish

Executive Vice President

As the Executive VP his focus of responsibility includes: product development and management, contract management, risk management, customer service management and client and consumer relations. A graduate of The University of Arizona with a B.S.B.A in Marketing, he has a background in Sports Marketing and Event management and currently serves as the Corporate Sponsorship and Fundraising Chairmen as a Founding Family Member for the Orange County Academy of Sciences and Arts, a STEAM based charter school in Laguna Niguel, CA.

John Lindberg

Vice President of Sales

As Vice President of Sales, John is tasked with developing and implementing Assured Travel’s plan for sales and company growth. He is accountable for overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with firm business strategy. John brings over 20 years of proven success driving vision, strategy, revenues, and profits for organizations such as AT&T, Verizon, and Winch Financial. His diverse sales and marketing leadership background makes him an excellent addition to our senior staff. John graduated with a B.A. in Communication from St. Norbert College where he was a member of the varsity golf team.
